The CBR1000RR (also known as the Fireblade) is a 999 cc

The CBR1000RR (also known as the Fireblade) is a 999 cc (61.0 cu in) liquid-cooled inline four-cylinder sport bike that was introduced by Honda in 2004 to replace the CBR954RR.The Honda CBR1000RR was developed by the same team that was behind the MotoGP series.[2] Many of the new technologies introduced in the Honda CBR600RR, a direct descendant of the RC211V, were used in the new CBR1000RR such as a lengthy swingarm, Unit Pro-Link rear suspension, and Dual Stage Fuel Injection System (DSFI).

The Honda CBR600RR is a 599 cc (36.6 cu in) sport motorcycle that was introduced by Honda in 2003 as a race replica version of Honda's CBRFx series motorcycles. It won every Supersport World Championship title from 2002 to 2008.The CBR600RR was developed from and inspired by the Honda RC211V MotoGP bike. The similar physical appearance of the CBR600RR and RC211V was intentional. Underneath the bike was MotoGP technologies that were made available for the first time on a production motorcycle, such as the Unit Pro-Link rear suspension and Dual Stage Fuel Injection (PGM-DSFI). Both were taken directly from Honda's MotoGP bike. The RR, or race replica, suffix was added to emphasize racing characteristics such as an advanced braced swingarm, center-up exhaust system, and more aggressive riding position. The 2003 model carried over to 2004 technically unchanged, with the only addition of an oxygen sensor and new color schemes.

The Honda CRF450R was the first in the series, followed with the CRF250R in 2004. Further down the line, the CRF450X and CRF250X bikes emerged, both designed for mostly off-road use. The CBR 1100XX Super Blackbird was the fastest production motorcycle

Build with the look of speed and with performance to back it up, the CBR 1100XX Super Blackbird was the fastest production motorcycle when it was launched back in 1996 but afterwards Honda decided to concentrate on obtaining a great sport-touring model as Suzuki and Kawasaki were fighting for those extra mph that would sell a motorcycle much better.Honda first introduced the CBR 1100XX Super Blackbird in late 1996 as a 1997 model in the original colors: Black, Titanium and Red. Being a great product, it soon became a popular motorbike for its combination of smooth powerful engine, good handling, comfort, reliability and quality. You will notice that the biggest CBR hasn’t suffered important improvements through the years as it was bulletproof built from the beginning.

The Honda CBR600RR ABS

As the title says, the new bike aims at rider safety and complete thrust while piloting so the great addition is the brand new Combined ABS system which is electronically controlled not only for adjusting the braking power, but to prevent the wheels from locking as well as delivering optimum front and rear braking power.Honda has definitely succeeded our expectations for 2009 as we were by now starting to wonder what more could this model end up featuring. The answer was probably the easiest to give, but the hardest to put in practice given to the specific category: ABS! We’re expecting the rest of the Japanese crowd to follow up the evolution of the Honda CBR600RR ABS.

The Honda Shadow refers to a family of cruiser-type motorcycles made by Honda since 1983

The Honda Shadow refers to a family of cruiser-type motorcycles made by Honda since 1983. The Shadow line features motorcycles with a liquid-cooled 52-degree V-twin ranging from 125cc to 1800cc engine displacement. The 250cc Honda Rebel is associated with the Shadow line in certain markets. The current line of Shadow motorcycles originated from the technical underpinnings of the Honda CX series. In 1983, Honda introduced the Shadow series of motorcycles in an attempt to address the needs of the American cruiser market with the "VT500c" and "VT750c". However, due to tariff restrictions in the United States on imported Japanese bikes over 750 cc, the VT750c was reduced to 699cc in 1984 and was sold as the Vt700c. In 1985, the tariff was lifted and the line soon expanded to an 1100cc bike the "VT1100c". The VT750c was replaced by an 800cc version the VT800c in 1988. The "VT600c" was launched in 1989 as Honda's new entry level Shadow though still slotted above the Honda Rebel. The line changed little until the introduction of the 750cc Honda Shadow Ace in 1997. From 2000 to 2007, the Honda Shadow Sabre replaced the VT1100cc until the 1100cc class was discontinued in favor of a new 1300cc offering known as the VTX1300. As of 2011, the Shadow brand has been limited to a single 750cc cruiser available in Spirit, Aero, Phantom, and RS trims. All other offers are known under the VTX or Rebel brands.

Although the GL1000 was listed as a touring motorcycle

The Gold Wing made its debut at the Intermot motorcycle show in October 1974 as the GL1000. It featured a flat-four 999 cc (61.0 cu in) engine, and had a dry weight of 267 kg (590 lb). 13,000 units were sold in the United States in 1975. Although the GL1000 was listed as a touring motorcycle, it was sold without fairings. Soon, a market developed offering fairings and luggage accessories, including the Windjammer series by Vetter Fairing Company. With only minor differences for different markets, the model remained virtually unchanged during the 1975 to 1977 production run. In 1978 many changes were introduced, including changes to the faux tank shape, instruments on the top of the faux tank, seat, camshafts, carburetors, exhaust system, Comstar wheels, and removal of the kickstart.
